Jen is active in the Corridor, volunteering her time to a wide variety of organizations. She currently serves as board member of Eastern Iowa Health Center and the Rotary Club of Cedar Rapids. She also serves on the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation finance committee and United Way’s campaign cabinet. She has a passion for economic development and community, serving on City Council for Palo. Jen served on the founding board of NewBo Market, which was the catalyst for redevelopment of the NewBo District. She is a graduate of Leadership for Five Seasons in 2012 and Leadership Iowa in 2024. Jen was awarded Corridor Business Journal’s Forty under 40 in 2014, Corridor Business Journal’s Women of Influence in 2017, Mount Mercy University’s Misericordiae Award in 2018, Waypoint Women of Achievement and The Rotary Club of Cedar Rapids Distinguished Community Service Award.
Throughout his career, Josh has been actively involved in the Cedar Rapids and Easter Iowa communities. He currently serves as past-chair for the board of trustees for the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library, director for the board of directors for Neighborhood Finance Corporation (NFC), and president of NFC’s Cedar Rapids advisory committee. He recently joined the Brucemore board of trustees and will serve as treasurer in the upcoming year. He is a member of the Greater Iowa City, Inc. Economic Development Innovation Council, Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, and the Eastern Iowa Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association. He previously held director positions for Horizons: A Family Service Alliance and the Housing Fund for Linn County and just finished serving on the Iowa Dental Association’s Mission of Mercy Local Planning Committee for the Coralville event held in September 2025.
Throughout her career, Teresa has volunteered with many organizations in our community. She has served on the executive planning committee for the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball and the advisory committee for SBDC, as well as various other committees. She volunteers her time at the Linn County Housing Fund, NewBo Co, Murray Family Foundation. She is also a Big with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
