Meet our Newest Team Member, Sarah Yilek!

We're excited to have Sarah Yilek join the team at Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, offering clients 30 years of banking experience. As Vice President, Business Development of Private Banking and Business Banking at Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, Sarah is responsible for creating financial roadmaps, advocating for client success, as well as building and nurturing client relationships. She works with you to schedule meetings in the privacy of your office or home, either during or after business hours. A full range of banking, credit, mortgage, and wealth management services are available through Sarah, or another member of our Private Banking team. She is a 2023 graduate of Leadership for Five Seasons.

Sarah is an active volunteer within the community. She currently serves as Project SAFE CRCA (Cedar River Corridor Area) board secretary. She also volunteers on Project SAFE CRCA’s fundraising and events committee and Riverview Center’s internal affairs committee, where she previously served as a board member from 2018-2024. Additionally, Sarah has spent her time volunteering for United Way Day of Caring, Horizon’s Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement, Ronald McDonald House, and for numerous other organizations.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, doing home projects, biking, and golfing. Outside of work, you will also see her watching the Iowa Hawkeyes, connecting with others, and serving the community.
