PLEASE NOTE: We request a minimum of 10 business days' advance notice to ensure marketing has a reasonable amount of time to fulfill your request, including compliance review. Exceptions include the following:

For novelty item orders, we request 30 days' advance notice.
For a printed supply of a marketing piece, we request 15 business days' advance notice (as we typically outsource to a printer).
Of course, we understand that there will be exceptions to this and we'll do our best to accommodate! That said, we always appreciate as much advanced notice as possible for any/all requests.
